My son had this Charge Station for about a year until it started acting up on him. It wasnt holding a charge well or it was taking forever to get a full charge. Well.. he gave the unit to me and I contacted Nyko and they didnt even wait for me to tell them what was really wrong. They gave me an address and asked me to mail it to them. I did this.. cost me about $2.75 to mail it and in less than a week I had a brand new one on my doorstep. Inside the DHL Express bag was also an additional 2 MORE batteries!! So now I have the brand new unit and a total of 4 batteries!
Its been working GREAT and I cant rave enough about the CS of Nyko.
